Payments / Deposits:

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Care Credit and Checks are not accepted. Deposits towards treatments are nonrefundable. Mesmerized is primarily a “by appointment” business. Last-minute cancellations can have a tremendous impact on our business, in which we require a deposit of $100.00. Deposits can be credit cards or apps and will apply toward the services.

Insurance Policy:

We do not accept insurance. Payment will be made at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the popularity of our services, we have found it necessary to implement the following policy regarding the cancellation of appointments. All appointments require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation.
Failure to follow this policy will result in the following:
•Missing 1 appointment without notice: $50.00 charge.
•No future appointments will be honored until the above fee is paid in full.
Credit card information will be collected and utilized only for deposits and missing appointments.

Additional Guests / Children Policy:

No additional guests or children will be allowed during appointments. For proper safety measures, only the patient is allowed in the procedure room at all times.
